Benedict Morelli Has Extensive And In Depth Knowledge Of Law

In 1973 Benedict Morelli began his long and noteworthy career at a law firm that specialized in personal injuries as their law clerk. He attended New York Law School in 1971. He successfully completed his bar exam in 1977, wich eventually led to him becoming a partner and finally a senior partner in that particular law firm. He decided to dissolve the firm and establish the Morelli Law Firm in 1998.

One of his specialties is Employment Discrimination to include all variations such as sex and race. He also represents clients in product liability cases such as drug liability. Mr. Morelli has successfully represented clients that have stood up against large corporations and investment banks. Many of his cases have resulted in multi-million dollar settlements.

He has extensive experience with personal injury claims that range from large to small occurrences. He has set records for settlements related to personal injuries. In one instance he was able to get his client a record breaking 2.6 million dollars for tripping over a raised area in a door entry way. He also set records for severed fingers and a crushed arm.

Mr. Morelli has served the legal arena in other capacities such as serving as the president of the Brooklyn-Manhattan Trial Lawyers Association.He also serves on the board of directors for that organization. He belongs to the American Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, The New York State Bar Association, and a variety of other organizations.

He has also been able to teach at the National Institue of Trial Advocacy and other scholarly programs related to law and litigation. He was also integral in the Avandia drug litigation. He had the honor of serving as the lead counsel on the first cases that were heard in that particular court which was the Federal Court of Philadelphia.
